Signing into the AP Course Audit Web Site
If you are creating an account for the first time you must complete all the required fields, which are marked with red asterisks.
AP teachers, as well as school and district representatives, can check the status of courses at any time by signing in to the secure AP Course Audit website. Because school and district representatives will be able to look at the status of all their teachers' courses, their user accounts require an additional level of security in the form of an AP Course Audit access code. AP Course Audit access codes are sent directly to principals, AP Coordinators, and authorized district representatives.
- AP Teachers need to enter their schools' six-digit school code when creating an account to correctly associate the AP course to the correct school. (It is possible to look up the code when you create a user account.)
- Principals and designated staff, such as AP Coordinators, need to enter their schools' 6-digit school code and the AP Course Audit access code mailed to principals and AP Coordinators in January.
- District officials need to enter the district-level access code mailed to officials in January.
