Registration

The main conference begins on July 13 at 5 p.m. with the Opening Plenary Session followed by the Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m.

There are two ways to register:

  1. Register online
    You need a login name and password to register online. If you do not have a login name and password, request an account now.

    The login name and password will be emailed to you the same day, if requested during normal business hours. If you already have a login name and password, you may continue your registration process. Please note that you will need to use a credit card to register online.
  2. Register via mail or fax
    Print the registration form (.pdf/79K).
    You'll find our mailing address and fax number on the form.

Early-bird registration fees will be offered until May 1, 2006. For registration on or after May 2, 2006, regular registration fees will be in effect.

Members/Nonmembers

Important Registration Guidelines

  • Registration forms must be filled out completely or they cannot be processed.
  • If registering by mail, payment must be included with the registration form. Credit card information must accompany faxed forms.
  • Purchase orders are not accepted.
  • All registration changes must be received in written form. Please fax registration changes to (212) 460-5460.
  • Registrants receive a written registration confirmation. Please call (800) 787-7477, ext 1 if you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks of your registration. Confirmation is important for the reservation of space and materials.
  • All Pre- and Post-Conference workshops are limited to 30 spaces. In the event that your workshop choice is full, we will notify you in a timely manner.
  • There is a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee through July 1, 2006. No refunds will be granted after this date. If you are unable to attend, substitutes are gladly accepted.
