These hotels are not within walking distance of the conference hotel. The simplest way to get to the WDW Swan and Dolphin is by taxi ($5-10 one way) or by rental car.

Please note that the BoardWalk, Beach Club, Port Orleans-Riverside, and Caribbean Resorts provide complimentary round trip bus service to the airport on Disney's Magical Express, thereby saving between $55-120 on taxis or Mears Shuttle.

Though the conference hotel is sold out, it is still accepting names on a waiting list. Call the hotel to add your name to the waiting list (reservations: (888) 828-8850).

Swim in one of four pools - including a three-acre grotto pool with tropical waterfall - play sand volleyball or rent a Swan boat. Dine indoors or outside in one of 17 casual or themed restaurants and lounges, including Todd English's award-winning bluezoo. Shop, play miniature golf and tennis, jog, have a massage, and treat your kids (ages 4-12) to a night at Camp Dolphin. Walk right next door for more shopping, dining and entertainment at Disney's famed BoardWalk.

Airport Shuttle Service

Mears Motor Shuttle offers special discounts of $4 off round-trip price of $30 for adults and $22 for children ages 4-11 years. Print the Mears Motor Shuttle coupon (.pdf/287K) for a discount and information on shuttles between the Orlando Airport and the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin. .

Taxis

The cost of a one-way fee between the airport and hotel is approximately $55 for taxis, $65 for sedans (up to 5 people), or $145 for a limousine (up to 8 people).
