The AP Annual Conference is the largest gathering of the Advanced Placement Program® and Pre-AP® communities, AP teachers and coordinators, middle school teachers, and administrators and counselors from across the United States and throughout the world.

Wednesday, July 11

Conference registration and the exhibit hall open at 5 p.m. The opening reception for the 2007 AP Studio Art exhibit is held from 5-8 p.m. No workshops or sessions are scheduled on this day.

Thursday, July 12—Preconference Workshops: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

AP workshops for new and experienced AP teachers and AP Coordinators led by College Board-endorsed consultants.
Space is limited, preregistration is strongly advised.

The main conference begins at 5 p.m., with the opening plenary session followed by the Welcome Reception.

Friday, July 13, and Saturday, July 14—Main Conference

The two days of the main conference are filled with exciting, concurrent sessions in all AP subjects and Pre-AP areas. Main conference sessions will contain best practices as well as information and resources for new and experienced AP teachers, middle school teachers, AP Coordinators, administrators, and counselors. A midday plenary session on Friday and a closing plenary session on Saturday will offer the chance to hear, meet, and talk with prominent and inspiring individuals from the world of education, politics, the arts, and science. In the exhibit hall, discover information on the latest textbooks, classroom resources, and technologies, in addition to the College Board's own programs and services.

Sunday, July 15—Postconference Workshops: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Pre-AP and AP workshops for middle school teachers, AP teachers, counselors, and administrators, led by College Board endorsed consultants.
Space is limited, preregistration is strongly advised.
