Important: Please note that the conference room rate is for AP Annual Conference attendees only. Please do not book more room nights than you need for the conference, and please don't forget to register!
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Timely cancellation helps ensure that rooms are available for other conference attendees, especially before the cut-off date. Overbooking and last minute cancellations cause problems for all.
