REGISTRATION

Register Now and Save!

There are two ways to Register:

  1. Register online now!
    Please note that if you register online, you will need to use a credit card. On the following screen, search for the APNC by entering a date range of July 15, 2004 to July 19, 2004 and choosing "AP National Conference" from the "Type" pulldown menu. Once the meeting link comes up, click on "Register". If you do not have a login name and password you will have to request one now and wait until one is emailed to you before you can continue (this will usually be the same day if your request is during normal business hours). If you already have a login name and password, you amy continue the registration process.
  1. Register via fax or mail by downloading and completing the registration form below. Our fax number and mailing address are included in the form.

Preconference (July 16) $170 $195
Main Conference (July 17-18) $290 $335
Postconference (July 19 only) $170 $195

Rates and Membership/Non-Membership

You will note on the registration form there are both member and non-member rates.

Important Registration Guidelines

  • Registration forms must be filled out completely or they cannot be processed. Registrations cannot be taken over the phone. Please fax paper registration forms to 212 460-5460 or mail to:

  • All registration changes must be received in written form. Please fax registration changes to 212 460-5460.
  • If registering by mail, payment must be included with the registration form. If registering by fax, credit card information must accompany faxed forms.
  • All registrants receive a written conference confirmation. If you do not receive a written confirmation notice, your registration is not confirmed, and space and materials will not be available. Please call 800 787-7477 if you do not receive a written confirmation of your registration within two weeks of the conference date.

Space and materials permitting, on-site registrations may be accepted.
