The Sheraton Seattle is across the street from the Washington State Convention and Trade Center and the Westin Seattle is just five blocks from the Convention Center. Located in Seattle's bustling downtown, both Starwood hotels are within one mile of historic Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Space Needle at Seattle Center, the Seattle Aquarium, the bustling Waterfront, gourmet restaurants, and world-class shopping.
Hotel Reservation Guidelines:
Conference group rates of $185 for a single/double are offered at both properties. Starting March 11, reservations must be made through the Seattle Housing Bureau.
- All reservations must be made through the Seattle Housing Bureau. Hotels will not take reservations directly. Any changes or cancellations to new reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau until July 1. Contact the hotels directly after July 1.*
- Reservations can be made by calling the Seattle Housing Bureau toll free at 888-877-0255 or directly at 206-461-5881, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5 pm (Pacific Standard Time). Be sure to mention The College Board and the AP Annual Conference when reserving by phone.
- The cut-off date for making reservations at the conference rate is June 22, pending availability. Reservations may be made after this date, also pending availability; however the conference rate might not be offered.
- There will be a cancellation fee of $25 for reservations cancelled after June 15.
- Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night room and tax.
- One person may reserve a maximum of five rooms provided that the contact and credit card information are the same for all and the names of all occupants are provided.
- Conference registration is strongly urged prior to making hotel reservations. Registration information will be provided on a weekly basis to the Seattle Housing Bureau, and any hotel reservations that do not have a corresponding registration after June 9 may be subject to cancellation.
- An early departure fee will be charged unless the hotel is notified about changes at the time of check-in.
* Reservations made at the Sheraton Seattle prior to March 11 will continue to be managed by the hotel. Contact the Sheraton Seattle directly for any changes or cancellations for these early reservations.
