Cactus Flower Café and Market Deli are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and room service is 24 hours.

Check in time at both Marriott hotels is 4 p.m.; check out time is 12 noon. Pets are allowed. The Marriott hotels offer offers on-site Self and Valet Parking.

All three hotels are located about 9 miles from San Antonio International Airport. The taxi fare is approximately $20 one way; shuttle transportation to and from the airport is provided for a fee by SATRANS, the city's official airport shuttle, between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. daily (For more information, call (210) 281-9900, or visit www.saairportshuttle.com.)

If you have to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Timely cancellation helps ensure that rooms are available for other conference attendees, especially before the cut-off date. Overbooking and last minute cancellations cause problems for all.
