Main Conference

Suggested for: Middle school and AP teachers, AP Coordinators, School counselors, administrators

Concurrent Sessions

The two days of the main conference are filled with sessions for every AP course and Pre-AP area. These sessions provide curriculum information, helpful resources and best practices.

Each session lasts 75 minutes and participants are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). To learn how these units are awarded, see IACET CEUs.

Plenary Sessions

Notable individuals give inspirational talks to conference attendees. Past speakers include Howard Gardner, Henry Louis Gates Jr., Linda Darling-Hammond, Edward O. Wilson Freeman Hrabowski, Pedro Noguera, Frank McCourt, James McBride, Erin Gruwell and Sarah Jones.

Exhibit Hall

Numerous sponsors provide information about new textbooks, classroom resources, and educational technologies. The College Board also has displays and representatives in the exhibit hall to answer conference participants' questions about the organization and our programs and services.
