Full Forum registration fees included admission to all Forum sessions and workshops, session materials, group meals (approximately two meals per day), receptions, and special events.
*Thursday evening event was not included in one-day rate. Event tickets were purchased on site for $75 per person.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
There was a $75 nonrefundable cancellation fee through September 18, 2009. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
The College Board frequently records images from its meetings, conferences and forums, and related events. By registering, you grant us the right to photograph and/or tape-record (audio and/or video) your image and make use of it in our publications, materials, and website.
