AP Seminar & Research - College Board preferred date for the initial submission of course materials (a syllabus and AP Course Audit form) for the 2016-17 school year. Teachers are also encouraged to review their local and state requirements for the submission of course syllabi to comply with potential earlier deadlines.
Administrators - October 15 is the preferred date by which administrators should renew previously authorized courses that are again offered in the 2016-17 school year to ensure the inclusion of these courses in the initial publication of the AP Course Ledger in November.
Remove teachers not teaching or courses not being taught during the current school year from the School Status page. NOTE: You must contact the AP Course Audit Helpline to remove authorized courses from your school.

Administrators - January 31 is the last day to: Approve Course Audit forms, renew courses, remove teachers not teaching or courses not being taught during the current school year, and add Online/Distance Learning courses for the current school year.
All Roles - AP Course Audit accounts will not be accessible throughout the month of February while annual maintenance occurs to prepare for the 2016-17 course renewal and submission process. During this time participants will be unable to log into their accounts, access resources (e.g. lab manuals, secure practice exams), or resubmit syllabi. The AP Course Audit website, the AP Helpline, and the AP Course Ledger will continue to be available without interruption.
