How to Register
Online (credit card only)
Register online now. If you do not have a login account you will have to request one and wait until a login name and password are emailed to you before you can continue. If you do have a login name and password, you can continue the registration process and pay on our secure website using a credit card.
By Mail or Fax
Print out and complete one of the following forms:

Mail the completed application along with your check or purchase order to:

Payment & Cancellation Policies
Registration cannot be processed without a check, purchase order, or credit card payment. There is a $75 nonrefundable cancellation fee through February 8, 2010. No refunds will be granted thereafter. If you are unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
