09/26/05

NEW YORK—The College Board has announced that the following test centers will be open for the Saturday, October 8 administration of the SAT to service students affected by Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. Students who were scheduled to take the SAT at one of the centers now closed can take the exam at any test center convenient to them. Standby and test date change fees will be waived for any students needing to test elsewhere or later. We will continue to monitor the effects of the hurricanes and will post all updates at www.collegeboard.com.
