Only users with a student account can register online for the SAT.
If you are a parent or educator, and your child or student wants to register for the SAT, he or she must create an online account at www.collegeboard.com. You cannot register your child or student for the SAT through your own account.
If your child or student already has an online account at www.collegeboard.com, please do not create a duplicate account. Only one collegeboard.com account can be linked to a student's SAT records, for security reasons.
If you need to create a student account, select "student" when signing up. Please make sure that your child's or student's information is provided for each question--please do not enter your own personal information.
And please be sure to tell your child that you've created an account on her or his behalf, so your child can take full advantage of www.collegeboard.com.
