Academic Selectivity The ?Academic Selectivity? section My College Matches finds colleges where either your actual SAT score or the high end of your projected SAT score ranges matches to the middle 50 percent of enrolled freshmen's SAT test scores. This is the score range for half the freshman class. Remember that 25 percent of enrolled freshmen scored below, and 25 percent above, the college's reported figures. Please note: if you not taken the SAT Reasoning test, but have taken the PSAT/NMSQT, we will convert your PSAT/NMSQT scores to projected SAT score ranges. We used a research study of eleventh graders who took the SAT to develop these score ranges. Keep in mind that these ranges are based on your PSAT/NMSQT scores only?they don't reflect the learning and growth you may experience before taking the SAT.
