Changing Your Order After You Register

After your registration has been processed, it is still possible for you to make changes to your registration or your order, including:

- Changing score recipients
- Adding score recipients
- Requesting additional test services
- Order SAT Preparation materials

Additional fees may apply.

Canceling Your Registration
If you have not yet submitted your registration your registration will remain incomplete until the late registration deadline. Incomplete registrations are deleted from the system after the late registration deadline.

Once you've submitted your registration, it cannot be canceled.

Please note: Test and registration fees (including late fees and telephone re-registration fees) cannot be refunded, even if you cancel your test scores or are absent on test day.

Changing your test center

Even after you have submitted your registration, you can still change your test date, test center, or test type. There is a fee for these services. To change your test date, test center, or test type, please contact customer service.

Please note: Test center changes are not permitted in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, or Togo.
