Completing your Registration
When you've verified your personal information and entered your payment information, click the "Submit" button. You'll receive a confirmation when your registration and payment has been processed. Do not click the "Submit" button more than once.
You'll need an American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa to complete your online registration.
