If you need to update your personal information: If you have entered incorrect information, or need to update your information, you can make changes on this page by selecting "update" next to the incorrect information.

If you need to update your name: Names cannot be changed online. To update your name, you must speak to a Customer Service Representative at 866 756-7346 (From outside U.S., dial: 212 713-7789.).

Confirm your Fees

Carefully review the fees listed on this page. Your credit card will be charged for any fees listed here. Please note that test fees are non-refundable, but other services, such as QAS/SAS or additional score reports, can be refunded as long as these services have not yet been fulfilled.

Changing your Test, Test Date, or Test Center

Even after you have submitted your registration, you can still change your test date, test center, or test type. There is a fee for these services. To change your test date, test center, or test type, please contact customer service.

Please note: Test center changes are not permitted in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, or Togo.
