Submissions are not accepted by fax or email.
Due to the large volume of projects received, confirmation of receipt of Competition documents is not possible by telephone or email.
Sending documents
We highly recommend that you mail your submission at least 10 days before the deadline or use special courier services to ensure timely delivery.
If sending a project via regular mail, the U.S. Postal Service provides a tracking service—called Delivery Confirmation—for a minimal fee. The student is responsible for providing proof of delivery in the event the research project is not received.
