The "Submit Order" page gives you important information about your order and the next steps in the process. Your order is considered submitted ONLY when you see the on-screen message, "Thank you. Your order has been submitted." You will also receive an email confirmation from Search Customer Service. After you submit an order, you may modify it at any time until it is processed. Submitted orders are processed on the third business day after the order is submitted and the data feed for that cycle has occurred.
If you wish to hold an order before submitting it, click "Save" and your order status will change from "New" to "Complete" as shown on your "My Orders" page.
