Becoming a User
If you have never used Student Search Service, you must start by requesting an account. Point your browser (see User Interface—Technical Requirements) to the Recruitment & Admission website at Recruitment & Admission Online, and click Sign Up to request a new account. Complete the account request form and submit. For higher education institutions, Search Customer Service will authenticate your eligibility, and activate as soon as possible. Eligible 501c(3) scholarship institutions or educational opportunity organizations, higher education consortia, and vendor/consultants are required to provide additional documentation. Search Customer Service will contact you with the checklist of additional items you will need to provide.
