Introduction

Compliance Monitoring

  • The College Board monitors the use of SSS data and strictly enforces compliance with the SSS User Agreement.
  • The College Board respects the promise of confidentiality to students who voluntarily permit SSS to use their names, and also extends the protection of local, state, and federal regulations governing the proper disclosure of such information to these students.
  • The College Board encourages students, parents, counselors, and admissions personnel to report suspected violations of the SSS User Agreement to the College Board at Search Customer Service or (800) 626-9795.
