"My Orders" Page
Once you have successfully signed on to the system, you will be directed to the My Orders page. Your order history is shown grouped by type of search (e.g., ALL Students, PSAT/NMSQT, Winter SAT, etc.). In addition, there are two new categories: multi-source (orders that consist of more than one test admin) and single-source (orders that are one test admin only).
Status Codes
N = New
You have created a new order, but have not supplied all of the required information on the administrative pages, including output options, shipping, billing, and payment information. You can return to the system to complete your order or change it at any time.
C = Complete
You have created an order and supplied all of the required administrative information, but you have not yet submitted the order. Your order will not be processed until you submit it.
S = Submitted
You have completed an order, and formally submitted it to us for processing and delivery. You will receive an email message confirming that you submitted an order.
- For Search Cycle orders submitted before the data feed date for a given cycle, you will immediately receive an email message confirming that you submitted an order, and later receive a second email message on the data feed date indicating the actual volume of Search names matching your selection criteria. You will have two business days after the data feed to modify or cancel your order, after which your order will automatically be processed.
- For Search Cycle orders submitted on or after the data feed date for that cycle, you will immediately receive a single email message confirming your order. You will have two business days to modify or cancel your order, after which your order will automatically be processed.
M = Modified
You have modified your order during the two-day holding period. You must re-submit your order to be processed.
If you modify and re-submit your order during the 48-hour holding period, you will receive another email message confirming your order. If you do not cancel the order, you will be billed for any orders you submit.
P = Processed
Your order is being processed and will be delivered via IDS within seven days, or shipped within fourteen days if magnetic media is requested.
L = Locked
Your order has been processed and is ready for download. If you also requested magnetic media, your order has been shipped via second day express.
F = Standing Order
Your standing order has been processed, has not met your specified maximum output volume, and will be processed again after the next data feed.
NOTE: Only ALL Student and multi-source orders become standing orders. Search Cycle or single-source orders are processed only once.
* - Exceeds Max Requested - this means your order is capped at the maximum volume you designated even though there are additional names that match your criteria
# - Low SES Indicator - this means your order is part of the low-socioeconomic pilot program (only applicable to certain institutions at this time)
& - EPS Interaction Indicator - this means your order has been viewed in EPS Interactive Reports (available to EPS Premium subscribers only)
