Sample Questions & Scoring Guidelines

The Spanish Literature exam is three hours and 10 minutes long. It includes a 65-question multiple-choice section and a three-essay free-response section. The use of dictionaries or other references is not permitted during the examination. All the directions printed inside the exam books are in both English and Spanish.

You can find additional free-response questions and scoring guidelines on AP Central, along with grade distributions and examples of actual students' responses and commentary that explains why the responses received the scores they did.
