If you took the blue cover version of the SAT on Saturday, November 7, 2010, you had one of three section orders. Your test was organized like this:

  1. Essay
  2. Writing
  3. Mathematics (includes SPR questions)
  4. Equating (the one that doesn't count toward your score)
  5. Reading (includes 2 long passages)
  6. Mathematics
  7. Reading
  8. Mathematics
  9. Reading
  10. Writing

OR, like this:

  1. Essay
  2. Reading (includes 2 long passages)
  3. Mathematics (includes SPR questions)
  4. Writing
  5. Mathematics
  6. Reading
  7. Equating (the one that doesn't count toward your score)
