International Exceptions

There are special testing exceptions in the following countries: Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Togo

Testing in Kenya

Students in Kenya must register by mail through Frise Holdings in Nairobi. Frise is the sole SAT Representative in Kenya that is authorized by the College Board. No online registrations are accepted, and payment by credit card is not allowed. Due to test security concerns, standby registration and test center changes on test day are also not permitted in Kenya.

Contact Frise Holdings for all information pertaining to registration and payment.

Frise Holdings will distribute SAT Registration Booklets, process all test registrations, collect fees in local currency, and coordinate with Kenya test centers.

Testing in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, or Togo

Due to test security concerns, online registration, telephone re-registration, test center changes, and standby registration are not permitted in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, or Togo.

To test in Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, or Togo, you must submit your paper registration with payment made to "The College Board" by a check drawn on a U.S. bank, U.S. Postal Service money order, international money order, UNESCO coupon, or a bank draft. No credit cards are accepted.

NOTE: Students from Nigeria may choose to register for the SAT through a representative. View list of SAT representatives.

Testing in India and Pakistan

The Sunday testing and testing closer to home options are not available in India and Pakistan. An additional security fee applies to testing in these two countries.
