What if I'm absent on my SAT test day?
If you cannot attend a test for which you registered and want to test on a future test date, call Customer Service to transfer to a later date. The test date change fee applies.
When you call, please have your registration number, the test date, your social security number, and a credit card number with expiration date.
If you miss your test day and do not want to test on another date, it is not necessary to notify us. Your test and registration fees, including fees for services such as re-registration by telephone, are nonrefundable. If you were absent from the test, no score reports will be sent. If you do not want to change your test date and would like to request a refund for any additional score reports you ordered, Question-and-Answer Service, and/or Student Answer Service, please call Customer Service.
